A private villa in Mallorca
Our villa is located on the north side of the island minutes drive from the nearest town Sa Pobla (La Puebla) and also a short drive to the towns of Pollenca and Alcudia on the coast where you can find the main beaches and many bars and restaurants. There are also more secluded beaches such as Cala St. Vinçent which again is only a short drive as are a couple of beautiful golf courses, the nature reserve called S'Alburfera and many other interesting locations.
Upon reaching El Establo you will notice the magnificent views over Sa Pobla and in the distance the bay of Alcudia, these views are great and being situated at the top of the rise we have the most panoramic views of all the local villas.
The dining room and lounge are both furnished to high standard with plenty of room for all to eat and relax. If the sun gets too much you can always chill-out in the lounge and keep cool with the ceiling fans, we also supply satellite TV so you can keep in touch with the goings on in the UK. For those colder nights in the winter there is a working log-burner you can light-up and get cosy.
Two French windows open onto a large shaded terrace which is perfect for a morning breakfast before having a dip in the pool or later on in the evening for dining alfresco. Down from the terrace is the garden and private swimming pool all reachable by a sloping path.
The kitchen being thoughtfully furnished to make your life as comfortable as possible. The facilities include a dishwasher; washing machine; microwave; fridge / freezer; juicer and an oven with ceramic hob.
The villa has four bedroom. The first is an attractive twin bedroom on the ground floor which overlooks the pool, it also has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower suitable for wheel chair users.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you have another twin bedroom, two double bedrooms and a well-equipped family bathroom. All the rooms have been thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The villa sleeps up to 9 people max plus a cot, as there is one guest bed available. For families with small children we can supply cots and a highchair at request.
The lovely swimming pool is 9x4 meters, which has roman steps and a large shallow end making it suitable for all ages. There is also a fresh water shower, patio furniture, loungers, barbeque and parasol provided.
For superb relaxation there is our outdoor heated hot tub with full hydrotherapy jets. The temperature is set to a tempting 37 degrees and is wonderful for early and late season breaks. Use all year.
